Riley joined the Health Quality Council in 2019. Prior to joining HQC, Riley worked for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice; Corrections and Policing and the Ministry of Social Services. His roles included working in service development and delivery with community-based organizations as well as community corrections. Riley also has experience in program evaluation and non-profit governance.
Riley holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Regina, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work (U of R) and a Bachelor of Arts (U of S). Outside of work, he volunteers on the board of directors of Family Service Saskatoon.
