Administrative Coordinator

Meet Nicole, the backbone of our organization since April 2026. As our vibrant Administrative Coordinator, she manages daily office operations, coordinates schedules, and supports a wide range of HQC initiatives.

A naturally gifted multitasker, Nicole is often the glue that holds HQC together. Whether she’s on her first cup of coffee or her fourth, we can always count on her for meticulous recordkeeping, efficient communication, and a go-getter attitude.

Nicole supports our leadership team, lends a hand with event planning, and contributes to our vision for Saskatchewan: optimal health and health care for everyone in our province. To boot, she’s also working towards a Human Resources Management Certificate through the Continuing Education program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, drawing, and crafting. A lover of summer, there’s a good chance you’ll find her walking along the river, soaking up the sunshine on her deck, camping with her family, or sipping coffee with friends – usually while chatting about her love of all things fashion.
