Limited seats available. Reserve your spot by March 1, 2024 for the Nuka System of Care Conference!
In partnership with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health and Saskatchewan Medical Association, the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council is thrilled to host a day of learning, collaboration, and innovation with the Southcentral Foundation on March 18, 2024.
In Alaska, the Southcentral Foundation’s ‘Nuka‘ system of care is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading models of health system redesign and was highlighted as an exemplary system of primary care by KPMG during the recent Primary Care Renewal Forum.
The Nuka System of Care Conference will inspire you with real-life lessons from Southcentral Foundation’s whole system transformation journey.
This free, in-person even is part of a series of opportunities in collaboration with the Southcentral Foundation in support of the Provincial Primary Care Renewal Initiative.
