Session description

Join us for an in-depth walkthrough of one of Saskatchewan’s new healthcare recruitment tools! The Saskatchewan Healthcare Recruitment Agency will be doing a deep dive into their Healthcare Practitioner Community Support Toolkit — a resource meant to support the long-term settlement of practitioners in our province.

In this session, we will explore:

  • Resources to help showcase your community as a great place to live
  • Why welcome and integration committees are crucial to the recruitment process
  • Diverse avenues of support to offer new health practitioners in your area
  • How to foster a foundation between the community and the healthcare provider

You will also hear from a local community leader about the initiatives making a difference in their area and how the healthcare recruitment agency’s evolving brand strategy is attracting top talent to Saskatchewan.
