Session description

How do you change conversations around improving clinical care and engage physicians in leading cultural change? Research shows physicians who participate in quality improvement (QI) learning report higher satisfaction, are more actively involved, and show enhanced performance and better patient outcomes.

Through formal and informal learning, Saskatchewan is building clinician capability for leading QI. The Clinical Quality Improvement Program (CQIP) is an essential component of the learning pathway for developing passionate and skilled clinical leaders.

As we gear up for Cohort 5 of this program, learn more about what makes it tick – and how it’s moving the dial in changing culture in health care.
