Kelsey Kevinsen

When it comes to improving the health and well-being of our province, we need champions of change.
As an Improvement Lead since April 2025, Kelsey brings more than 15 years of experience ranging from client care and coordination to quality improvement, strategy, and planning across Saskatchewan’s health system. Before joining HQC, she held a variety of improvement-focused roles within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, most recently serving as a project manager with the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency.
Kelsey has a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina and a Master of Public Administration from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan. She also holds a Project Management Professional designation and recently completed a Certificate in Public Participation through IAP2 Canada. And yes – she’s a certified LEAN leader too.
