In quality improvement, collecting data is only the first step — understanding what it means is where real improvement begins. This QI Power Hour session will focus on a practical approach to interpreting data over time so teams can better recognize meaningful change, make informed decisions, and build confidence in their improvement efforts.
Using run charts as a simple and powerful improvement tool, participants will explore how to distinguish normal variation from change signals. Whether you’re new to quality improvement or looking to brush up on foundational concepts, this session will build practical skills that can be applied immediately to your current improvement projects so you can communicate progress and insights clearly.
